OUR STORY
2012
The year our founder started People Link Consulting (Malaysia).
Built inside the problem, not outside it.
People Link Consulting grew out of nearly two decades of in-house HR leadership across manufacturing, professional services and technology — the kind of roles where you personally sign the letters, sit in the grievance meetings and answer to the board when turnover spikes.
That experience shaped a firm view: a structure only works if the people running it can operate it without the consultant in the room. So every engagement we take on ends with your managers holding the framework, the documents and the confidence to use both.
Today we work with owner-led Malaysian companies, regional groups with East Malaysian operations, and international organisations that need their Malaysian entity brought up to a group standard.
