Headcount requests were increasing faster than business growth. We analysed work activities to identify where productivity could be improved before adding resources.

15–20% cost savings across different functions, while also highlighting areas where processes, automation and ways of working could be improved.

The organisation wanted to strengthen executive incentives while improving succession planning. We found limited linkage between performance outcomes and rewards, with the existing approach offering little differentiation.
